L\u00fcbeck gold guilders from 1341; Avert: Florence-Libic; Revers: s.ioha – nnes.b. The exact birth dates of Tidemann von G\u00fcstrow are not known. It is documented in L\u00fcbeck himself and in Mecklenburg and in Sweden for the period from 1334 to 1350. He was the son of the L\u00fcbeck councilor Johann von G\u00fcstrow . [first] Tidemann von G\u00fcstrow represented the city in 1336 and 1344 as an envoy with King Magnus II of Sweden. The city of L\u00fcbeck had succeeded in persuading Emperor Ludwig IV.
