German touring car championship 1994-Wikipedia
The German touring car championship 1994 was the eleventh season of the DTM. The first run took place on April 10, 1994 on the Circuit Zolder and the season finale took place on October 4 at the Hockenheimring. [first] The runs on May 22nd in Mugello and on July 17th in Donington were not included in the DTM championship and entered into the special rating of the ITR gold cup.
A total of 24 races were driven in Germany, Italy, Great Britain and Belgium. Two runs each took place on one of the 12 racing weekends.
The overall winner was Klaus Ludwig in the AMG Mercedes C-Class DTM with 222 points. Ludwig won the DTM championship title for the third time after 1988 and 1992. [first]
