Hans-Peter Fischer (* July 10, 1961 in Freiburg im Breisgau) is a German Roman Catholic theologian, canon lawyer and church historian. [first] After studying theology and philosophy in Freiburg and Rome, Fischer received the ordination on May 7, 1989 in the Freiburg M\u00fcnster. He celebrated his primary on May 14, 1989 in St. Konrad in Freiburg im Breisgau. After working in pastoral care, he was at the University of Freiburg in 1995 with the church history work The Freiburg Archbishop elections in 1898 and the episcopate of Thomas N\u00f6rber To Dr. Theol. PhD. He was Vicar in Gottmadingen and parish administrator in Bollschweil and S\u00f6lden in the Black Forest. In 2001 he acquired the license in Canonon law at the Canon Law Institute of the University of Munich. He is alumni of the ducal Georgianum in Munich. In 2002 he became a parish priest in Donaueschingen and head of the pastoral care unit there as well as in a voluntary work from 2001 to 2010 diocesan judges in the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising and from 2004 to 2010 diocesan judges in the Archdiocese of Freiburg. [first] On the initiative of Robert Zollitsch from the German Bishops’ Conference, the successor to Erwin Gatz was the rector of Campo Santo Teutonico and the associated German priesthood ( Pontifical Teutonic College ) appointed. [2] As the rector of the college, he is also a rector of the “Erzbrotherhood for Painful Our Lady” located at Campo Santo Teutonico ( Italian  Arciconfraternity of Santa Maria della Piet\u00e0 ), which is the legal owner of Campo Santo Teutonico. From April 1, 2012 to November 1, 2013, Fischer also took over the management of German pilgrimage pastoral care in Rome. In 2013 he was appointed the conventual chaplain of the Order of Malta. Since 2012 he has been a member of the Roman Brotherhood of Santa Maria Dell\u2019anima.
