Buyback : Greece buys Greek bonds back from the market via a agency to be found. This is to be financed by the EFSF or through loans from other countries. The CEO of IIF Josef Ackermann took part in the summit, in which the conditions for the Greece rescue were decided. The economist and economy Peter Bofinger explained: The banks and insurance companies contribute zero percent to Greece rescue. They are the winner of the summit negotiations.
