The K.K. SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings (jap. SKY PerfecTV JSAT Holdings Co., Ltd. , Kabushiki Kaisha Sukapā jeisatto hōrudingusu , engl. SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. ) is a Japanese holding company based in Minato, Prefecture Tokyo. It was founded in April 2007 by transmission of stocks from the Sky Perfect Communications Inc. and the JSAT Corporation. As the only private operator of communication satellites in Japan and the largest in Asia, she covers Japan, Asia, Oceania and North America with a total of 14 satellites.
