The building is located on Winzerstra\u00dfe (house number 7) east of the Right Rhine railway line. It is considered a monument value and today serves as an urban event and cultural building.          (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});after-content-x4The building was created as a foundation of the manufacturer Ferdinand M\u00fclhens based on the Winterm\u00fchlenhof to the city of K\u00f6nigswinter after a design by the Honnef architect Ottomar Stein. As a \u201cpopular welfare building\u201d, it should be used for use for clubs, events as well as public institutions such as a library as well as drawing and music hall, the rear hall construction (built in 1908). From 1975 to 2002 it served as the seat of the educational and advice center of the Rhein-Sieg district. The entrance is located on the facade located to the Winzerstrasse, framed by a lava tales.
