Created in January 1991 by Giuliano Bignasca E Flavio astus \u00c9lio Implant\u00e9e in the Canton Itals Italhone du Tessin, Lao Tessin, Lao Tessin, Lao Tessin, La League Built his successes on the denunciation of the “partitocracy” and the “clientelism” of the traditional parties, nesting in the northern league of Umberto Bossi which serves as a model. He was re -elected in 1999, 2003 and 2007. The party has seen the words of xenophobic order (“Ticino in Ticino” or “the Arabs at home”) as well as the shine of its eccentric president For life Giuliano Bignasca. However, after having experienced a decline relating to the early 2000s, the league scores went back to the cantonal and federal elections of 2007, Marco Borradori even obtaining the best score of candidates for the cantonal government. In 2007, the co -founder of the Lega Flavio Maspoli suffered from recurring respiratory and cardiac problems which forced him to be hospitalized several times. THE June 11, 2007 , his condition suddenly worsens and died the same day at Lugano hospital. The party has a national advisor for 48 It is Legislature of the Swiss Federal Assembly (2007-2011): Attilio Bignasca. In 2011, he became the first party in Ticino with 30% of the votes and won two seats in the Council of State (out of 5) [ ten ] , Marco Draft Et Norman Gobbi.
