He first signed a letter of intention to play at the University of California, but decided that he needed to get closer to his sick mother. After the University of California released him, he signed with the University of Alabama. He was the best scorer with the Crimson Tide of the University of Alabama for two seasons and was the best scorer of the dry Conference in 2005, with an average of 17.9 points per game. He was also selected twice from the best team of the Southeastern Conference in 2004 and 2005. He led his team to the final tournament in 2004 and 2005, and reached the “Elite Eight” in one of these years. He played an important role for his team Pani\u00f3nios in the Greek league during the 2006-2007 season, being the best scorer of the team, with an average of 14.9 points per game, 3.2 more rebounds, 2 passes, 1.2 interception and 2.3 balls lost in 32.3 minutes per match. He was co-mvp of his team this season, with his teammate Stratos Perperoglou, and at the end of the season they both won contracts with the Greek team of Panathinaikos. During his first season with Panathinaikos, Winston has an average of 8 points and 3.1 rebounds in 19 minutes per match in the Greek league. In the playoffs of the 2007-2008 season of the Greek championship, in 10 games, he displays on average 5.9 points and 2.6 rebounds per game in 16.2 minutes of play. He drew media attention February 17, 2008 , after scoring 26 points with 7 out of 8 to three points against the rivals of Panathinaikos, Olympiakos Le Piraeus. With Panathinaikos, he won the 2008 Greek championship and the 2008 Greece Cup. The July 30, 2008 , he signs at T\u00fcrk Telekom Ankara. THE February 24, 2009 Real Madrid has announced Winston’s signature [ first ] . In August 2009, Winston signed with the Italian club of Lottomatica Roma. In August 2010, he signed a one-year contract for the 2010-2011 season with another Italian club, the Virtus Bologna. The November 4, 2011 , Kennedy Winston joins the Belgian club of Ostende [ 2 ] .
