For 10 years, Nissim, convinced that rapid neutron overnerators could explode [ 7 ] , trained clandestinely with guerrilla warfare and explosive sabotage [ first ] . The January 18, 1982 , Nissim draws five rockets on the superphenix nuclear power plant then still under construction. Only two of these rockets touch the structure and cause damage, but they all lack the heart of the still empty reactor. The rocket launcher, an RPG-7, has been obtained from the Red Army fraction thanks to Carlos and the Belgian Committee Cells [ 8 ] , [ 9 ] . Chaïm Nissim said: ‘ I know it may seem bizarre to consider rockets as a means of non -violent action. However, we took all the imaginable precautions to be sure that no worker was likely to be affected, so we committed a non -violent attack. [ first ] » But Mr. Maurice Barbeger, head of the central development, said for his part: “It is the safety of the workers who is in question. It is intolerable. Twenty people worked inside the reactor. One of the projectiles that has passed through a breach of the building – necessary for the installation of technical equipment – fell 20 meters from an employee. ” [ ten ] The May 8, 2003 , Nissim made public his responsibility for the attack on the arugula committed in 1982 [ 8 ] By publishing a book on the subject and on its relations with terrorist groups [ first ] , [ 11 ] , [ twelfth ] . He recounts their actions in his second book, devoted to the years 1990-2010 [ 15 ] . The objective of this group of activists was studying lawyers or other offices that can conceal information on arms trafficking. They came back to break down to find and take compromising documents; Sometimes the files and prospectus were simply in the street, at the old papers! Sensitive information was gathered in a confidential newsletter, The chimney sweep . A dozen editions have been transmitted to the newspapers, for example to Mail And at the Roger de Diesbach research and investigation office, who then published articles intended for the general public. The only one I try to dominate, to own, she smiled gently and said to me: “No butHave you ever looked at? Old leather when will you stop? You make me ashamed”. The tone is nice, the smile is sincere, but clear: for possession you dream! »» [ 22 ] . And on the home page of his site: “I like my enemies. People on the other side. I don’t like cuts. Enmities ” [ 23 ] . Philippe Bach du Courrier recounts the eviction by the Greens in 2003, then the reintegration: “You could never blame Chaïm for a long time. The latter benefited from what German is called Freedom of fools , freedom of speech and thought of the madman. He could say the worst horrors, short-circuiting a collective action by being too talkative, everything was forgiven ” . Then he testifies: “We will no longer have the pleasure of eating a dish of the day with him, a little tense knowing that he would not take long to launch an incongruous question at the table next door or to fall in love with the waitress” [ 20 ] . For Geneva Greens, “During his whole life, he signed up to protect the climate and against fossil and nuclear energies, with conviction and sincerity and the constantly renewed desire to believe in the ability of everyone to take a step in the right direction” [ 25 ] .
