Paris milk was a company in the French food industry located in Tournan-en-Brie in Seine-et-Marne. This company was specialized in the transformation of refrigerated raw milks for obtaining sugary yogurts and desserts with low milk. The name of “Paris Milk” comes from the association of the French capital as well as from a word game emanating from the manager, making the “milk bet” in \u00cele-de-France. The integration of special aromas into yogurt has been allowed thanks to its other company. Paris milk had 56 employees. The company was present in large distribution throughout French territory (Carrefour, Auchan, Cora, Casino, Leclerc) as well as among wholesalers in the Paris region (Od\u00e9on, Culinary Directory, Ugait, Transgourmet, Class’Croute, Fresh Food, etc.). Paris milk transformations were marketed under different brands, namely the Petit Gourmet For chocolate mosses, The Briard For yogurts, named after the location region, Brie, Enjoy your meal’ For the Carrefour range. Paris milk also used its own brand of products Oh damn ! , composed among others of flavored milk [ 2 ] . Created in 1952 by M. Robert Gros, Paris Milk was formerly called BRIE COFF COSTATE, and more commonly “The Gros cheese dairy” [ 3 ] .From 1961 to 1982, the company focused on obtaining pasteurized milk, yogurt and white cheese. Chocolate mousse was made in 1996 and obtained the Red label in 2003. On the verge of compulsory liquidation, the company was bought the April 2, 2011 by Mr. Christophe Gaudy, already the owner of the company IFS Concept Aroma. In 2013, not finding any funding necessary for the survival of the company [ 4 ] , Mr. Gaudy launched two rescue operations for the brief company. The first started in February 2013 using donations from citizens [ 5 ] , [ 6 ] , [ 7 ] . The second, having started a month later and named “Operation Vignette”, was intended to inform and mobilize the consumption of Paris milk transformations throughout France. In parallel, active communication with the media has been carried out (radio, reports, press articles) [ 8 ] , [ 9 ] .
