Ian McDonald is the son of Terry McDonald [ 3 ] Who played ice hockey bearing the colors of Edmonton’s Oil Kings in the Western Hockey League and having been drafted in eighty-first position by the Chicago Blackhawks during the NHL 1976 amateur draft 1976 [ 4 ] . Ian evolves for the Southgate lions at the Bantam AAA level in 1999-2000 and has fifty points in thirty-six games [ 5 ] .
