The Franciscan popular movement (MPF) is a Martinican party founded the December 30, 1982 ^{[ 2 ]}by Maurice Antiste, former mayor of François and senator from Martinique. MPF is part of the coalition Together, for a new Martinique which is in opposition to the Assembly of Martinique.

This movement has a mayor Joseph Loza (Le François), a Senator Maurice Antiste, a adviser from the Marie-Frantz Tinot territorial assembly.
