Ann Grete Nørgaard , born September 15, 1983 In Viborg, is an international Danish handball player evolving in the position of left wing.

Ann Grete Nørgaard started handball in 1992 at Søndermarken Ik at the age of 9. In 1996, she joined Viborg HK ^{[ 2 ]} . Strolled on the left wing by the International Henriette Rønde Mikkelsen, the wing is loaned to the second division club of Skive FH, which then served as a Viborg satellite club, during the 2004-2005 season ^{[ 3 ]} . After returning to Viborg in the summer of 2005, she was again loaned to Skive in November of the same year ^{[ 4 ]} . In the summer of 2006, she joined the Randers HK first division club ^{[ 5 ]} .

At the start of the 2008-2009 season, she terminated her contract with Randers HK due to a dispute with the club ^{[ 6 ]} . Not finding a club because of the economic crisis, it engages with the viborg reserve team which evolves in the third division ^{[ 7 ]} . In the summer of 2009, she signed in the HOSNS HK club ^{[ 9 ]} . She quickly became the best scorer of the team. But the club is relegated to the second division for administrative reasons in the summer of 2010 and all the players are freed from their contract ^{[ ten ]} .

After a season in Horsens, she joins Team Tvis Holstebro ^{[ 11 ]} . With Holstebro, she won the EHF Cup twice, in 2013 and 2015.

At the 2015 offseason, she leaves Team Tvis Holstebro to join Viborg HK ^{[ twelfth ]} .

In 2019, after four seasons at Viborg HK, she joined the SCM Ramnicu Vâlcea, reigning champion in reigning ^{[ 13 ]} .

Ann Grete Nørgaard played 139 games for the Danish national team, for 549 goals scored ^{[ first ]} . She reached third place in the 2013 world championship, competition during which she scored 24 goals in 8 games ^{[ 14 ]} .
