Dr. Alberto Cucchi leaves the presidency of the Primo Catellini to the Commendator who assumes the office of Commissioner for about six months. On July 5, 1951 he was appointed Commissioner Antonio Vailati, a month later the “Regency Council” formed is formed.
Luigi Bonizzoni is confirmed to the technical guide of the swallows. The midfielder Ferruccio Valcareggi future CT Azzurro arrives in Brescia.
Lorenzo Bettini is sold in attack to Rome, replaced by Valentino Bonaiti who will create twelve networks in the tournament.
