Aleh Antonavitch Mikultychk - Belarusian: Oleg Antonovich Mikulchyk - or Oleg Antonovitch Mikoultchik - in Russian : Oleg Antonovich Mikulchik - (born the In Minsk in the Soviet Socialist Republic of Belarus) is a professional player in ice hockey who has become a coach. He evolves as a defender [ first ] .

He began his career in 1983 with HK Dinamo Moscow. The team won the 1990 and 1991 USSR championship. He then left for North America until 1997. The , he played his first match in the National Hockey League with the Winnipeg jets against the Toronto Maple Leafs. He added to his record the 1999 Superliga, the European Hockey League 1999 and 2000 with the Metallourg Magnitogorsk, Ekstraliga 2004, 2005 with HK Iounost Minsk and 2007 with Dinamo Minsk. With Iounost and Dinamo Minsk, he twice won the Belarus Cup in 2005 and 2006. He ended his career in 2007.

He represented the USSR in young selections and then Belarus internationally. He participated in the 2002 Olympic Games.
