The Banque Easter , founded in Geneva in 1885, was a Swiss financial institution specializing in private fortunes management.

In , the bank was purchased by a financial institution based in Luxembourg, the Havilland bank. During its acquisition, Banque Pasche is led by Martin Sztremer and is incorporated into the Havilland Bank [ first ] .

The ancestor of Banque Pasche is the burden of exchange agents Girard, Roux & Cie, which was founded in Geneva in 1885. It then became the Girard bank, before taking the name of Pasche & Cie, in 1935 [ 2 ] .
This establishment specializing in wealth management and the title trade will have its final name for Pasche & Cie banking in 1948.

In 1962, the French group La Lyonnaise de Banque entered the capital of Banque Pasche, in order to develop international banking activities, international capital management and business banking trades. The Lyonnaise de Banque, belonging to the State, acquires 100% of the capital of the bank in Pasche in .

Two years later, in April 1998, the CIC was privatized for the benefit of Crédit Mutuel [ 3 ] . Banque Pasche has owned offices in Geneva, Monaco, Liechtenstein, and Bahamas [ 4 ] .

In order to concentrate its activity on its core business, the management of fortunes (“private banking” and “family office”), Banque Pasche separates in 2013 and 2014 from several branches and international offices.

After firing the interest of several financial institutions, the Pasche bank finally sells to the Havilland group its subsidiaries of Liechtenstein ( ) [ 5 ] , from Monaco ( ) [ 6 ] and Bahamas ( ) [ 7 ] . In , the Pasche bank was sold by Crédit Mutuel to the Havilland bank [ 8 ] .

Pasche and tax evasion [ modifier | Modifier and code ]

In , the Banque de la Banque Pasche de Monaco is suspected in a television report of having organized a vast tax evasion system via its Swiss and Monegasque subsidiaries. According to this documentary, the broadcast of which was first blocked by the CEO of Canal Plus and Vivendi, Vincent Bolloré, information denied by the latter before the senators, and finally disseminated on France 3, a dozen French tax escapes were identified by justice, for an amount valued at fifteen million euros [ 9 ] , [ ten ] , [ 11 ] .

This Monegasque subsidiary was the subject of suspicion of money laundering after being denounced by three former employees of the establishment. This Pasche Bank branch in Monaco was ceded to at the Havilland bank, before that of the Liechtenstein ( ), Bahamas ( ) Puis l’ensemble de la banque Easter en [ twelfth ] , [ 13 ] .
