Bernard Pierce (Ardmore, 10 May 1990) is an American American football player who plays in the role of running back for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL). It was chosen during the third lap (89th Absolute) of the Draft NFL 2012 by Baltimore Ravens. At College he played Football in Temple.

On April 27, 2012, Pierce was chosen during the third lap of the Draft 2012 by Baltimore Ravens [first] . Pierce debuted as a professional in week 1 of the season, running 19 yard out of 4 attempts in the Ravens victory in the Monday Night Football against the Cincinnati Bengals [2] .

On December 23, by clearly beating the New York Giants, the Ravens ensured the second consecutive division title. Pierce played his best seasonal race running 123 yards out of 14 courses [3] . His regular season ended playing all 16 games, none as owner, running 532 yard and scoring a touchdown.

In the first round of playoffs against the Indianapolis Colts, Pierce played a large match running 103 yard with the Ravens who easily qualified in the next round [4] . In the AFC final Baltimore beat the New England Patriots away, qualifying for the second super Bowl in the history of the franchise [5] . Pierce led the team again with 52 Yard Corse. On February 3, 2013, Pierce Corse 33 Yard out of 12 attempts in the Super Bowl XLVII contributing to the victory of the Ravens over the San Francisco 49ers for 34-31, graduating for the first time NFL champion [6] [7] .

The first touchdown of the 2013 season, Pierce marked him in the victory of week 2 against the Cleveland Browns [8] . The following week he left for the first time in his career as a holder due to Ray Rice’s Aquunio, running 65 Yard and scoring a touchdown in the victory with the Houston Texans [9] .

On March 18, 2015, after being arrested for drunk driving, Pierce was free from the Ravens [ten] .
