Bjarne Lykkegård Riis (Herning, April 3, 1964) is a former road cyclist, Pistard and Danish sports manager.
Professional from 1986 to 1999, he won the Tour de France 1996,
AmStel Gold Race 1997 and several stages of the Giro d’Italia. From 2000 to 2015 he was Team Manager and sports director of the CSC/Saxo/Tinkoff cycling team.

He made his debut among the professionals in 1986.
