Dmitri Sergueïevitch Kiritchenko (in Russian : Dmitry Sergeevich Kirichenko ) is a Russian footballer born on in Novoaleksandrovsk. He played for the Russian team with which he scored 26 goals in 76 games between 2001 and 2006. He was appointed top scorer in the Russian championship in 2002 and 2005.

He then began a career as a coach and became an assistant at the FK Rostov between 2014 and 2017, a period which sees him ensuring twice the temporary at the club. Then joining the FK OUFA in the same framework in the summer of 2018, he quickly became an interim main coach there in November before being appointed full time a month later. His passage is however very brief, with a referral from the end of March 2019.

He began his professional career with the modest Torpedo Taganrog who plays in the Russian third division with which he scored 55 goals in 70 games. Noticed, he signed a contract with FK Rostov in 1998 which evolves in the first division. He quickly won the group and manages to make 73 achievements in 108 games. His career reached his climax in 2000 when he joined the CSKA Moscow, a major club of the championship with which he finished in second place in the championship in 2002 and he was elected with his teammate Rolan Gusev, top scorer with 15 achievements each. He was Russian champion in 2003 and then in 2005, the year he was re -elected top scorer with 14 goals. He also won the UEFA Cup that year.

Increasingly confined to a replacement role, he joined the FK Moscow in 2006, then the Saturn Ramenskoye in August 2007.

He stood out in the 2004 European Championship in the match against Greece on Sunday June 20, scoring a goal after 67 seconds of play following a bad Greek clearance, the fastest goal of the History of competition [ first ] , [ 2 ] .

Coach career [ modifier | Modifier and code ]

Kiritchenko is appointed assistant coach in the FK Rostov supervision in September 2014 [ 3 ] . He became an acting principal coach for the first time during the month of August 2016 following the resignation of Kurban Berdyev. He then directed the confrontation of the Champions League against Ajax Amsterdam, which he won to allow the club to access the group phase of the competition. He briefly becomes an interim coach again in December 2017 following the dismissal of Leonid Kuchuk. He left the club after this second interim [ 4 ] .

Integrating the technical supervision of Sergei Tomarov at the FK OUFA in June 2018 [ 5 ] , Kiritchenko must again resume the role of acting coach from the following November following the referral of the coach after a bad start of the championship [ 6 ] . He is finally confirmed as principal coach a month later [ 7 ] . His passage is however brief, with a referral from the end of March 2019 after only seven games played, of which only won by the club which then stagnates at the penultimate place in the championship [ 8 ]
