Fadhel Moussa , De son nom complet Mohamed Larbi Fadhel Mousa (arabe: Muhammad Al -Arabi Fadel Moussa ) ^{[ first ]} , is a Tunisian politician, lawyer, lawyer and lawyer.

Member of the Constituent Assembly in the district of Ariana from 2011 to 2014, as a representative of the modernist democratic pole and then of the democratic and social path, he became mayor of Ariana from 2018 to 2023.

He is a professor of higher education, researcher in Tunisian universities and visitor professor in foreign universities from 1992 ^{[ first ]} . He is also dean of the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences of Tunis from 2008 to 2014 ^{[ 2 ] , [ 3 ]} . He is also an international expert with multiple international organizations and a lawyer registered at the Tunis Bar ^{[ first ]} .

He is the director of programs and internships within the International Development Law Organization in Rome, from 2004 to 2006, and in the Arab regional center of the organization based in Cairo, from 2006 to 2008 ^{[ first ]} .

He became an active human rights activist in several national and international associations and within multiple sports and cultural associations ^{[ first ]} . He participates in several international forums and conferences in different fields, such as constitutional law and political science ^{[ first ]} .

He was elected member of the Constituent Assembly, October 23, 2011. He represents the modernist democratic pole and then the democratic and social path ^{[ 4 ]} in the district of Ariana. Chairman of the judicial, administrative, financial and constitutional judicial judicial commission ^{[ 5 ]} , he lost the election of the rapporteur of the commission responsible for the drafting of the Constitution, obtaining 83 votes against 114 for Habib Khedher, member of the Islamist movement Ennahdha ^{[ 6 ]} .

Fadhel Moussa is also a member of the Political Bureau of the Democratic and Social Way and its national secretary in charge of legal and constitutional studies and initiatives. In November 2014, he resigned from his party to devote his time to scientific research ^{[ 2 ]} .

On the occasion of the 2018 municipal elections, he announced his return to political life ^{[ 7 ]} Then he chairs the list Al AFDHEL (The best) at Ariana ^{[ 8 ] , [ 9 ]} , who comes first according to polls at the exit of the polls ^{[ ten ] , [ 11 ]} . On June 26, he was elected at the head of the municipal council ^{[ twelfth ]} .

In 2014, he was decorated with knight’s insignia of the National Order of Merit ^{[ 13 ]} .
