Giulio De Vita , born the December 7, 1971 In Pordenone in Italy, is an advertiser, a director, a comic book designer and colorist.

Professional advertising, Giulio de Vita works enormously in the world of advertising in Italy by making covers for the disc The woman the dream, the great nightmare And director of video clips for singers like Vasco Rossi, Zucchero, Sting and cartoons.

His father works in the administration and his mother, a drawing teacher. Thanks to his mother, the young Giulio was passionate about the image and, at the same time, for cinema. He begins to draw stories and make his movies on paper.

In 1993 in comics, he became a designer of Fumetti Lazarus joints (it) , a Italian superhero.

In 1995, he won the prize for best young Italian designer at the Falconara Marittima festival for the episode of Power and glory ( Power and glory , in French).

He creates another masked superhero with long blond hair, blue dressed in a tights and a cape with a sign P in red on his stomach like Superman, Peltron For the Italian daily The Gazzettino .

In 1998, he met François Corteggiani to make his first French comic strip The shadows of the lagoon At Soleil Productions which allows it to make themselves known by other writers.

In 1999, he worked on the graphics of the characters in the animated film Aida of the trees by Guido Manuli who was released in Italian rooms in 2001 ^{[ first ]} .

He met Frank Giroud, in Paris in December 1999, who was looking for a designer for his series The Decalogue , presenting his work at home, and the latter loves his work and entrusted him with the synopsis of the series. Giulio de Vita then signs the contract and gets to work a month later. In January 2001, the public discovered the designer Giulio de Vita thanks to the episode La FATWA , second volume of The Decalogue , written by Frank Giroud, a large fresco led on ten albums with ten different designers in the collection Graphics , at Glénat.

Between 2001 and 2004, for the third wave collection at Lombard, on the writings of Yves Swolfs, he only draws three albums in the series James Healer For a reason of impatience although the screenwriter wants to enrich his own series Legend . He abandoned it at the end of the third episode.

He creates in Italy the series of science fiction fumetti Kylion – released in June 2004 – on a scenario of the author of Monster Allergy and of W.I.T.C.H. Francesco Artibani Pour the Walt Disney Company Sous L’tiquette Buena Vista Comics.

Meanwhile he is looking for a new series at Lombard for a reason for progress in his drawing and receives several proposals from the writers, some of which are known, who are too classic to him: nothing likes. He comes across Gauthier Van Meerbeeck who offers him three synopsis of the same unknown screenwriter. He is ultimately the third in which he is interested in the blow, that of Wisher Written by an English teacher with passion on writing for comics: Sébastien Latour. He meets it twice in a restaurant, then works separately on this new series while communicating on the internet.

He works on the script for the film Close Encounters with Vilmos Zsigmond by Pierre Filmond (biography of Vilmos Zsigmond) and is present at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival with the film of the film ^{[ 2 ]} .
