Guillaume Henry , born the January 5, 1969 in the 8 ^{It is} Arrondissement of Paris is a writer, horse and horse riding historian, publisher, and riding instructor (trained in Saumur).

Riding instructor trained in Saumur, he directs equestrian centers. In 2000, he joined the world of publishing, under the leadership of Marie-Claude Brossollet, CEO of Belin editions, who will teach him his job [first] . After 17 years as editorial director, he became director of development of journals horse magazine, practical horse, coach secrets. Since 2020, he has been publication director of Editions de l’Esplanade and editor -in -chief of VMF magazine, heritage, architecture and gardens [2] .

He created the Association for the Development of Equestrian Culture (Association law of 1901, OJ of 23/8/89) in 1989, then the Pegasus Academy (Literary Academy) ^{[ first ]} In order to hand over, each year, two literary prizes:

• The Pégase Ene Prize (in partnership and with the National Riding School), intended to reward studies on horse and horse riding, which contributes to a wide dissemination of equestrian culture,
• The Black Framework Prize, intended to reward a published study or academic work.

It is also:

• President of the French Mission for Equestrian Culture, from 2019 to 2020, an association responsible for following the French horse riding file with UNESCO and promoting this art of living at the national and international levels.
• Member of the Board of Directors of the French League for Horse Protection (1987- 1992) and editorial director of the LFPC Bulletin (1987-1988).
• Member of the Advisory Council of the Assistance Work for the Beasts of Luttles (1988 – 1992).
• Member of the Committee Management of Friends of the Black Framework, from 2010 to 2013 ^{[ 2 ]} .
