The Andalusia It was a Spanish men’s team of road cycling, active in professionalism from 2005 to 2012.

Directly sponsored and supported by the government of Andalusia, the team was directed by the former cyclist Antonio Cabello. From 2006 to 2012, the training had a Professional Continental license, participating six times in the Vuelta in España: a better result came a stage victory with Luis Pérez Rodríguez in the 2007 edition.

The team was founded in the 2005 season with the name Andalucía-Paul Versan [first] . Following the example of Euskaltel-Euskadi, he had been conceived as a team for athletes only from Andalusia. It was inserted in the Continental category, with a rose formed largely by Neoprofessionisti [first] . He won his first race thanks to David Fernández, who imposed himself in the de Getxo circuit [2] . In the 2006 season the team was promoted in the Professional Continental category [3] , thus being able to participate by invitation in the events of Protour. Adolfo García this won the first stage of the cyclist vault in Catalunya, the first victory in a protour race for the Andalucía [4] . Luis Pérez Romero also won two stages and the general of Vuelta in Chihuahua in Mexico.

In 2007 Cajasur, a savings bank managed by the Catholic Church, took over as a second sponsor. In September the Andalucía was invited for the first time to Vuelta in España. Luis Pérez Rodríguez conquered a stop and ranked eighteenth, best result ever for the team. Pérez in that season also won the first stage and the General of Clásica de Alcobendas. The following year José Luis Carrasco won a stage of the cyclist vault in Catalunya, while Francisco Ventoso won a stop at the Vuelta in Castilla y León and the Vuelta in La Rioja [5] .

The 2009 season of Andalucía opened with a stage victory of the new purchase Xavier Tondó at the Tour de San Luis in Argentina [6] ; Later Tondó replied winning the chronometer prologue of the Vuelta to Andalucía. The other neo -purchase Ángel Vicioso won the fifth stage of the Vuelta in Asturias. For the 2010 season, the Andalucía cedits Tondó al Cervélo [7] , while the historic sports director Juan Martínez Oliver resigned for family reasons, being replaced by the Argentine Fernando Devecchi, until then manager of the youth team. The team was affected by these negative news: the only three victories reported by Andalucía in the season were the work of Vicioso [8] [9] , who would have changed the team at the end of the season. Jesús Rosando was instead accused of doping but came out clean [ten] .

Just Rosando got the first victory for the team in 2011: a stage of the Rutas de América, Uruguayan race [11] . Further successes arrived with Juan José Lobato, at the De Getxo circuit, and with José Vicente Toribio, in a stage of the Giro del Portugal. From this season the team took the name of Andalucía-Caja Granada, also changing the colors of the uniform (from fuchsia to white-blue); The following year he still changed still divided, moving on to the celestial color. Just in 2012, the Andalusian formation cyclists achieved other successes, albeit of a smaller importance: four stages of eleven at the Vuelta a Chile, a stop at Vuelta in Andalucía with Javier Ramírez, two stages and the final ranking (still with Ramírez) in the Azerbaijan International Tour, a stop at the Tour of Qinghai Lake in China.

At the beginning of the 2013 season, the management, unable to respect the guarantees requested at least for a UCI Continental license, is forced to dissolve the team: the cause indicated are debts deriving from the non -economic agreement with the Ministry of Tourism, Commerce and Commerce Andalusian sport [twelfth] . The dissolution thus brings thirty people between athletes and technical staff to remain without employment, and leaves 150 cyclists of the youth categories without a team [twelfth] .
