International Oger — Wikipedia

Oger International is a company under French construction engineering law, created in 1978 and with international subsidiaries.

Its headquarters are located at 70, rue de Saint-Denis, in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine ^{[ 3 ]} .

In 1950, Marcel Oger created the building company with its name, the company Oger. She designs her own system of banks, the B66. Specializing in the construction of high -rise buildings, Oger develops techniques to make reinforced concrete frames more economical, which it uses to replace metal frames.

In 1968, the OGER company was bought by the CAMPENON-BERNARD group.

In 1977, the company developed internationally, and built a luxury hotel for the royal family, the Massarah in Taïf in Saudi Arabia.

During this period, the company indicates that it has participated in the completion of the following works: Tours Uap, Neptune, Manhattan, Les Pissons, CB12 for IBM, B20 for AGF in Paris La Défense, Mercury building on the Seine front, the hotel Concorde-Lafayette Porte Maillot, Publicis Champs-Élysées, the Bichat Hospital at the Porte de Saint-Ouen, as well as housing construction programs.

In 1979, Rafiq Hariri bought business and gave birth to Oger International, a French engineering company.

On September 15, 2016, the Commercial Court opened a safeguard procedure ^{[ 4 ]} . A plan was arrested on February 15, 2018.

In 2017 the loss represents almost 90% of the turnover.

The difficulties encountered by Oger International find their source abroad, and more particularly in Saudi Arabia. The engineerist had previously achieved more than 60% of his turnover with a single customer, Saudi Oger, with whom he until then shared the same shareholder in the person of the former Lebanese Minister Saad Hariri. Having accused the fall of the oil price and the coming to power of Mohammed bin Salmane, Saudi Oger has lost his contracts with Saudi Arabia and since then ceased all activity ^{[ 5 ]} .

In March 2018, the French company AMK Capital Investment ^{[ 6 ]} Bought Oger International and becomes its unique shareholder.

Since its creation, Oger International has participated in the realization of numerous complex works with advanced technologies.

The new Orléans hospital, which is the largest hospital in Europe, with 200,000 m ² , is one of the flagship projects of Oger International in France ^{[ 7 ]} .
Another major project, in the capital in Paris and Paris region: Autolib ‘, with the deployment of electric cars stations ^{[ 8 ]} . The company is also responsible for the execution of the flagship tower, in La Défense ^{[ 9 ]} . In addition in 2011, the company initiated in collaboration with partners, an operation Villages of the future , consisting in the creation of villages with strong technological infrastructure, and based on the apparent town planning of old villages ^{[ ten ]} . In 2012, it was in a project to enhance the archaeological heritage, carried by the Languedoc Roussillon region, that Oger International participates in the construction of the future Museum of Romanity of Narbonne, which should see the light of day in 2014 ^{[ 11 ]} .

Oger International also operates abroad. In 2009, she carried out the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology project, an international university in Saudi Arabia (2,000 students) ^{[ twelfth ]} , LEED Platinum certified. In 2011, in the city of Riyadh, the company built a large hotel complex on behalf of the luxury hotel chain Ritz-Carlton ^{[ 13 ]} . In Morocco, the company is currently working on the construction of Morocco Mall, the largest African shopping center in ^{[ 14 ]} .
In a completely different sector of activity, Oger International is also commissioned from the ADFC project, Abu Dhabi Financial Center, with the United Arab Emirates. The financial city of Abu Dhabi, made up of 4 office laps and a business scholarship, should soon be LEED Gold certified ^{[ 15 ]} .
