A chief executor, Spike Logan, is sent to investigate. After filming Harris’s confessions, Danny and Meier take him to the bathroom to kill him with a hammer from the shower tiles, to make believe that he had slipped and hit his head. Harris tries to free himself when his girlfriend arrives in front of the door of his house, but Meier kills him in a hurry during a fight. At the same time, Spike and his team spots the group and put the other targets under protection.

In London, Davies learns that Cregg is preparing for a long night of walking in winter conditions at the Brecon Beacons. While Davies creates a diversion, Danny infiltrates the base, drug Cegg Coffee, causing a state of shock and death by hypothermia during the walk, after he filmed his confessions. With the help of another inexperienced member, Jake, Meier kills McCann successfully, but discover that Logan and his henchmen were watching McCann. During a shooting in the docks after a chase with a Logan man, Jake accidentally slaughtered Meier. Danny and Davies decide that the case is over and each separate from their sides. Hunter is released and returns to his family and Danny returns to Australia, where he finds Anne Frazier, an knowledge of his childhood with whom he is in a relationship. But his return is short -lived when the “agent” informs him that another man, Ranulph Fiennes, participated in the murders of the sons of the Sheikh and that he will publish a book relating his experience with the SAS. Danny takes Anne to Paris, supervised by Hunter to protect her, while he leaves in London to carry out the mission, where he meets Bakha who confirms that Harris was not involved in the murders of his brothers. Logan, meanwhile, traces Danny via the “agent” and sends a team to protect Fiennes, but Jake distracted them, allowing Danny to enter the building where the author is. Danny hurts Fiennes, but takes pictures to make her death believe. Logan continues and captures Danny by taking him to an abandoned warehouse, but is interrupted by a mid-6 agent, who reveals to him that the British government is behind the operation because of the precious oil reserves of the sheikh. A fight follows during which the agent of the mid-6 is killed by Spike, Danny, meanwhile, succeeds in fleeing. At the same time, in Paris, Hunter identifies the “agent” and a henchman who follows Anne, who plans to kidnap her against Rançon. Hunter succeeds in mastering them, in particular by pulling in the leg of the “agent”, who wanted a part of the mission money and threatens him if he attacks Danny and Anne again.

Helped by Hunter, Danny goes to Oman to give photos to the sheikh, but is preceded by Logan, who stabs the old man to death while admitting to him that Fiennes is still alive and that the photos are faked. He left Bakha alive, the latter refusing to respect traditions. Bakha gave him the money intended for Danny and Hunter. The former SAS, chased by the men of the sheikh, is spotted by Hunter. Danny and Hunter are continuing, while neutralizing the sheikh minions, and stops it in a desert road. The film is taken from the bestseller The Feather Men de Ranulph Fiennes published in 1991 and who hit the headlines in England when it was released. Many controversies then took place, mainly concentrated on the announcement of a story based on real facts. The British Ministry of Defense at the time denounced the presentation of facts which involved the SAS in assassinations perpetrated years after its participation in the Dhofar War.
