Marc Delpoux , born the , is a French rugby player with XV playing at the third line center station, converted coach.
Marc Delpoux evolved at RC Narbonne before 1992 then at USA Perpignan from 1992 to 1996 at the third line center post [ first ] . Although it was an international military, A and B, Marc Delpoux has never known a selection of the French team [ 2 ] .
After his player career, he kisses that of coach and directed RC Narbonne (from December 2003 to 2006) [ 3 ] , the Calvisano (De 2006 2009) rugby [ 3 ] Then Union Bordeaux Bègles from 2009 to 2012 [ first ] . During the 2010-2011 season, he obtained the title of best staff of the Pro D2 coaches with Laurent Armand and Vincent Etcheto on the night of rugby 2011 [ 4 ] .
In , he joined USA Perpignan for a two-year contract from the 2012-2013 season [ first ] .
The , Marc Delpoux officially becomes the first coach in history to bring USAP to the second division. The club remained over 103 years of presence in the elite.
In , despite his failure and his asserted love for the club, and although he is not solely responsible for this fiasco, he refuses to resign and enters a standoff with the USAP.
Following this failure, he comes back from the world of rugby and joined the office of the mayor of Narbonne, Didier Mouly, in order to develop business tourism and high -level sport.
However, he finds the edges of land in 2015. The , he is recruited by the Aix-en-Provence club, Provence Rugby, as a consultant in charge of the whole sports sector, to save the club from a relegation in Federal 1. The club is in the fifteenth place Pro D2 when arriving [ 5 ] . The , he is promoted to general coach [ 6 ] . The , Provence Rugby formalizes the departure of his coach Marc Delpoux [ 7 ] .
In 2019, he returned to the world of rugby by becoming one of the five new presidents of RC Narbonne with Philippe Camps, Gilles Belzons, Jean Ormières and Xavier Marco. For three years, the former third line worked with his friends to bring the club back into Pro D2. They succeeded in their mission since in 2021, the RC Narbonne dates back to the second division after his victory in the semi-final of National against Nice. Unfortunately, the 2021-2022 season is a real shipwreck for the club. Marc Delpoux and all his colleagues except Xavier Marco left their post as president in the summer of 2022.
