Ernesto Grillo: New purchase and marker in the Cup of Champions Cup 1957-58

In this season Gipo Viani is confirmed on the Rossoneri bench. The company is the protagonist of the summer market, and wins the performance of Ernesto Grillo and Giancarlo Danova. Giovanni Trapattoni, purchased by Cusano Milanino, and Mario Trebbi, who comes from the youth team, are joined to the first team for the first team for the Italian Cup matches.

In the final the team finds the reigning champions of Real Madrid. The Rossoneri lift on the pitch with Narciso Soldan between the posts, Alfio Fontana, Cesare Maldini, Eros Beraldo, Mario Bergamaschi, Luigi Radice, Giancarlo Danova, Nils Liedholm, Juan Alberto Schiaffino, Ernesto Grillo and Ernesto Spoon. As Stade Reims and Fiorentina, finalists against i White In the two previous editions, Milan is also forced to surrender to the champions led by Luis Carniglia, even if he does it only to extra time after taking the lead twice during the 90 ‘thanks to the slaps and Grillo networks.
