Julia Myra Hess was born in London in a Jewish family. At the age of five, she began to study the piano and, two years later, entered the Guildhall School of Music, where she studied with Julian Pascal and Orlando Morgan [ first ] , then won the gold medal. She studies at the Royal Academy of Music with Tobias Matthay [ 2 ] from twelve years [ first ] And made his debut at the age of seventeen, in 1907 by playing the piano concerto n\u00ba 4 of Ludwig Van Beethoven [ 2 ] And Camille Saint-Sa\u00ebns’ fourth at Queen\u2019s Hall, under the direction of Sir Thomas Beecham [ first ] .
