Rebecca Angharad James also known as Becky James , born November 29, 1991 In Bromsgrove, is a British cycling runner in Wales. She is a specialist in track speed events. She is world champion of individual speed and keirin in 2013 and double silver medalist in these same events at the Rio 2016 Games. She ends her career in 2017.

Rebecca James dominates youth competitions on track in 2006 and 2007. In particular, she won four titles of champion of Great Britain in the speed events. Since she was spotted by the « Welsh Talent Team » , it is part of the Olympic program for British pistards ^{[ first ]} .
