Richard Savignac (May 1965 in Montreal in the province of Quebec in Canada -) is a Quebec musician, sometimes trumpeter, sometimes conductor, sometimes arranger.

A graduate in trumpet interpretation of the Faculty of Music of the University of Montreal, class of Guy Archambault, studies arrangement and orchestration with Richard Ferland, Mario Parent and Léon Bernier. He also has a college diploma (DEC) in professional music at the Cégep de Saint-Laurent, in addition to being a graduate in educational sciences and school administration.
