L’ Aerodrome of Romans – Saint -Paul (Code IACO: LFHE ) is a civil aerodrome, open to public air traffic (CAP) [ first ] , located in the town of Saint-Paul-lès-Romans at 3.5 km To the northeast of Romans-sur-Isère in Drôme (Rhône-Alpes region, France).
It is used for the practice of leisure and tourism activities (light aviation and aeromodelling).
The aerodrome has three budding tracks:
- An east-west-oriented track (06/24 planes) 935 meters long and 50 large;
- An east-west-oriented track (06/24 gliders) 885 meters long and 80 wide, attached to the first and reserved for gliders;
- A south-north oriented track (02/20) 500 meters long and 80 wide.
The aerodrome is not controlled but has a signal area. Communications are carried out in self-information on the frequency of 118,800 MHz .
In addition:
- a parking area;
- hangars;
- a fuel attendant station (100LL);
- a restaurant [ 2 ] .
Romans – Saint -Paul is a small aerodrome with DGAC services. For aeronautical information, the preparation of flights and the deposit of flight plans it is attached to the Regional Bureau of Information and Flight Assistance (BIA) of Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport. Flight to flight plan and the alert service are provided by the Flight Information Telecommunications Office (BTIV) of the South-East Air Navigation Center located in Aix-en-Provence.
