This item collects the information regarding the Rome Sports Association In the official competitions of the season 1943-1944 .

Due to the difficult situation in which the country is facing, split in two due to the events of the Second World War, the Federation decides for the suspension of football activity at national level, therefore replaced by various regional tournaments and not always officially recognized . [first]

Some Roman teams organize themselves in a local tournament giving life to the Roman war championship. Many players from the Giallorossi squad must abandon the team and return to their cities (such as the midfielder Coscia who returns to Milan and plays with Ambrosiana-Inter) or in their countries of origin (Pantò returns to Argentina), therefore the team It is made up of only Roman players.
