The series follows the life of George, a divorced father who decides to move away from New York to go and live a better life in the suburbs in Chastwin after finding a box of condoms in the affairs of his daughter, Tessa. The latter learns in spite of herself how to live in the suburbs where people are superficial, seizing every opportunity to try to convince her father to return to live in New York.
