The parliament of storks [ ten ] won the 2018 Licra Prize [ 11 ] .

If his writings turn his back on any social corporatism, there is however no forgotten reality in his literary approach. And especially in his historical novels which aim to go beyond the tombs of prejudices on both sides. [Personal interpretation?]

Emerge from a vitality specific to the left-handed, his works participate in an inextinguishable desire for knowledge, discovery, understanding. His social belonging to the classes from below doubled a desire for independence, as Alfreid Eibel writes “allows to build a work that owes nothing to anyone”. Whatever the subject, his texts are written in a distant style, relating to a “shell writing” to the Georges Perec. [Ref. necessary]
