We Are the In Crowd is a group of American pop punk, from Powhkeepsia, in New York State, formed in 2009. The group is made up of Taylor Jardine, Jordan Ecker, Mike Ferri, Rob Chianelli, and Cameron Hurley ^{[ first ]} . They publish their first EP, Guaranteed to Disagree , the June 8, 2010 , and follow with their first album, Best Intentions , in 2011. Their second studio album, Weird Kids , is published the February 18, 2014 . The group announces a break in February 2016 ^{[ 2 ]} .

In February 2009 , they record their first EP with producers Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount (All Time Low, Mayday Parade, Jimmy Eat World, Cartel). In April 2009, the group’s myspace was hacked. The pirate erases all the group’s friends and music. The AbsolutePunk.net musical site, posts an article on hacking, and this same article draws the attention of the Hopeless Records label which contacts them shortly after. THE November 10, 2009 , the group announces its signature with Hopeless Records under the name of The In Crowd, and produced their first single For the Win on iTunes. The group changed their name to We Are the Crowd because of a name problem with a reggae group from the 1970s which was also called The In Crowd ^{[ 3 ]} .

Their EP, entitled Guaranted to Disagree , is published the June 8, 2010 ^{[ 4 ]} . The clip for the song Both Sides of the Story was officially produced on October 15, 2010 . The clip for the song Never Be What You Want was produced on April 20, 2011 . The group participated in the Vans Warped Tour of the summer 2010. The group entered the studio at the end May 2011 To start recording their first album ^{[ 5 ]} . The August 3, 2011 , they announce that the name of the album would be Best Intentions and that he would take out the October 4 . He arrives at the 122 ^{It is} place Billboard 200.

The group announces its entry into the studio by a video on Fuse to release a new album planned for summer/fall 2013. They release the August 20, 2013 A single, entitled Attention . The December 3, 2013 , the group announces that their 2 ^{It is}  album, Weird Kids , will take out the February 18, 2014 . They announce in the process, a tour in the United Kingdom in January 2014 followed by a US tour. That same day, the second single of the album Weird Kids , The Best Thing (That Never Happened) , is launched on Spotify. In August 2014 , the group is announced in support of Don Broco in concert for the Kerrang! Tour of February 2015 ^{[ 6 ]} . In February 2015 , Taylor Jardine confirms the writing of a third album ^{[ 7 ]} .

The May 4, 2015 , Mike Ferri, Cameron Hurley and Taylor Jardine announce the end of the recordings ^{[ 8 ]} .
The February 10, 2016 , Taylor Jardine announces the group’s break to prepare a new group. This one, called Sainte, will focus more on the vocal capacities of Taylor Jardine and will include all the members of We Are the Crowd except Rob Chianelli and Jordan Ecker ^{[ 2 ]} .
