Cobra ( Cobra Kobura ? ) It is a science fiction manga series written and illustrated by Boichi Teramowa which was published on Weekly Shōnen Jump From 1978 to 1984. The chapters were subsequently collected in 18 volumes by Shūeisha.
The manga had nine sequels and various one-got stories published on Super Jump It is Monthly Comic Flapper . The manga then served as a base for an animated film, two soul series of 31 and 13 episodes and two OAV series.
The series tells of the adventures of the Cobra space bandit, who lived an adventurous life until his enemies began to hunt him. Cobra made her face change surgically and cancel her memory to hide from her enemies and live a quiet life. After recovering his memory he brings together to his partner Lady Armaroid and his torruga spaceship. Cobra travels through the galaxy, fighting the pirate guild and escaping the forces of the patrol of the Milky Way. Together with her charm and cunning, Cobra manages to survive thanks to her Psycho Gun, a weapon attached to her left arm.
- Cobra (コブラ): Cobra is the protagonist of the series of the same name. For the creation of the character was inspired by the French actor Jean-Paul Belmondo. Cobra’s main weapon is the Psycho-Gun, a laser weapon connected to its brain. Although the use of Psycho-Gun consumes its mental energies, Cobra compensates with its vigor. It is a cyborg with a golden skeleton and a body made of impenetrable glass. He is a member of the pirate guild led by Lord Salamander. The Crystal Boy weapon is a blade attached to her right arm. In the blade a laser weapon is incorporated and can also be used as a climb.
