It is a series of the western genre starring Robert Horton.

A man is hit and believed dead. Two hunters of bisons find it and, thinking that it can be an outlaw, bring it to the nearest city, in the hope of receiving a reward. When he resumes knowledge, man has no memory of who he is or his past.

The doctor who takes care of the wounds gives him the name of “Shenandoah”, stating that the word means “land of silence”. Shenandoah thus begins to wander for the old West in search of clues that can clarify his identity. He then learns that he had been an union officer during the civil war.
