In a speech on May 7, 2001, the Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi stated that the Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi would publish an e -mail magazine as part of “aggressive dialogue”, and about a month later. The Koizumi Cabinet E -mail magazine was issued on a day. This was taken over by successive cabinets after Koizumi retired, but was not issued by the Cabinet Suga, which was launched on June 8, 2010. [first] [2] On November 18, the Cabinet Public Relations Office stopped issuing an e-mail magazine, and was announced to the e-mail magazine registrant that the information was sent out on the blog KAN-FULL BLOG, which was opened on the Prime Minister’s House website. The blog has a system that notifies updates by e -mail, and is issued every time it is updated (this is irregular). The following Noda Cabinet has also opened a blog and official residence, and has been operated similarly.

In principle, the Prime Minister is the Prime Minister, and the editor -in -chief is Deputy Secretary of the Cabinet Secretary, but the Prime Minister has also been the editor -in -chief. [3]
