Former CIA operatives Tobin Frost have betrayed the organization and have been nominated in 36 countries around the world and have escaped for 10 years. In the South African Republic, Frost receives data files for confidential information from his old friend of the Mi-6, but is killed by the mysterious pursuit of the mystery, fled to the Cape Town US Consulate, and appeared himself.
