L’ European Silver League 2018 It took place from 19 May to 17 June 2018: eight European national teams attended the tournament and the final victory went for the first time to Sweden [first] .

The formula has foreseen:

  • Group phase, played with Italian group, with round -trip competitions: the first classified of each group, the best second classified and the team of the organizing village (in the event that it was between the first two options, yes it is qualified the second best second classified) have accessed the final phase.
  • Final phase, played with semifinals, final for third place and final: the winner is promoted to the 2019 European Golden League.

If the final result was 3-0 or 3-1 3 points were assigned to the winning team and 0 to that defeat, if the final result was 3-2 were assigned 2 points to the winning team and 1 to that defeat.

The order of positioning in the standings was defined on the basis of:

  • Number of games won;
  • Points;
  • Ratio of the sets won/lost;
  • Ratio of the points made/suffered;
  • Results of direct clashes.
