Michele Green (Parma, January 12, 1965) is an Italian bass.

He studied at the Arrigo Boito Conservatory of Parma with Mauro Uberti, graduating in singing and piano. He then followed lessons by Arrigo Pola, Carlo Bergonzi and Rodolfo Celletti.

In 1984 he made his debut as Monterone, in Piazza Duomo in Pistoia, in a version in the form of concert of the Rigoletto directed by Bruno Bartoletti [first] and, after winning the competition organized by the Teatro Comunale di Modena to choose the cast of Ernani , on 13 December of the same year he played his first character on stage, Silva. He performed in the most prestigious Italian and international theaters, such as the Scala of Milan, the Teatro Regio di Torino, the Fenice of Venice, the Metropolitan of New York and the Royal Opera House in London, directed among others by Georg Solti, Riccardo Muti , Daniel Barenboim, Zubin Mehta.

On television it appeared in the role of Mustafà ne Italian in Algiers Removed in 2012 under the direction of Paolo Olmi at the Teatro Comunale of Bologna and broadcast by Rai 3 in 2013 and Rai 5 in 2014 and 2016.
