Pentaklorofenol Monooxygenase (Pentachlorophenol Monooxygenase) is one of the chlorocyclohexan and chlorobenzene -degraded enzymes that catalyze the following chemical reactions.

(1) Pentaklorofenol + 2 NADPH + H + + O 2
(2) 2,3,5,6-Tetraclorofenol + NADPH + H + + O 2

The organization name is pentachlorophenol,NADPH:oxygen oxidoreductase (hydroxylating, dechlorinating) で、別名にpentachlorophenol dechlorinase、pentachlorophenol dehalogenase、pentachlorophenol 4-monooxygenase、PCP hydroxylase、pentachlorophenol hydroxylase、PcpB、PCB 4-monooxygenase、PCB4MOがある。
