It was recorded in November and December 2000.[3][4] It was released on May 22, 2001.  This was the first album to feature new drummer Michael McDermott, formerly of Murphy’s Law and Skinnerbox.  The song “Manthem” is featured in the video game Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4.
