He split 2007\u201308 on loan to Segunda Divisi\u00f3n B teams Real Madrid Castilla and CA Osasuna B.[2]\u00c1ngel returned to the Canary Islands for 2008\u201309, being an important attacking element as the club returned to La Liga after a seven-year absence.[3] He made his debut in the competition on 29 August 2009, in a 1\u20130 away loss against Real Zaragoza (ten minutes played).[4] He contributed one goal[5] in 24 games \u2013 all as a substitute \u2013 during the campaign, in an eventual relegation.
