The song “Breakup with Her” was a fast-tempo song with strong beats that shot Kim quickly to the top. The song “Lonely Love” was also a great hit. Since her debut, Kim Hyun-jung has succeeded in releasing great songs, usually dance numbers.[1] In 1997, Kim catapulted to stardom almost instantly after her debut, with her distinctively high voice and slim figure – the ordinary image of a female Korean singer by today\u2019s standards, but a rarity at the time.[2]Table of ContentsDiscography[edit]Studio albums[edit]Special albums[edit]Extended plays[edit]Singles[edit]References[edit]External links[edit]Discography[edit]Studio albums[edit]Special albums[edit]Extended plays[edit]Singles[edit]YearAwardsCategoryWorkResult1998KBS Song FestivalSinger Of The YearShocking WonMBC Teenage Singer FestivalBest New ArtistWonSBS Song FestivalTeenage ArtistWonKMTV Song FestivalBest New ArtistWonKMTV Song FestivalSinger Of The YearWonSeoul Music awardsBest New ArtistWonGolden DiskRecord of the yearWon1999KBS Song FestivalSinger Of The Year“A Seagull Of Dream”WonMBC Teenage Singer FestivalSinger Of The YearWonSBS Song FestivalTeenage ArtistWonKMTV Song FestivalSinger Of The YearWonKorean Entertainment ArtsYouth Song AwardWonGolden diskRecord of the yearWon2000KBS Song FestivalSinger Of The Year“The 3rd Eye”WonMBC Teenage Singer FestivalTeenage ArtistWonSBS Song FestivalTeenage ArtistWonKMTV Song FestivalBest female singerWonMBC Broadcasting awardsBest Radio DJWonGolden diskRecord of the yearWon2001KBS Song FestivalSinger Of The Year“Wild Beauty”WonMBC Teenage Singer FestivalSinger 30s choseWonSBS Song FestivalTeenage ArtistWonKMTV Song FestivalTeenage ArtistWonSeoul Music awardsAchievementWonM.net Music video FestivalBest female singer music video awardWonKorean Entertainment ArtsNew generation music singerWon2002KBS Song FestivalSinger Of The Year“Diet”WonSBS Song FestivalTeenage ArtistWon2005China Popular Music AwardsBest Dance singer“I LOVE SOUL”Won2006Netizen AwardBest female singer“Dance With Hyun Jung”Won2018KY Star AwardSinging Room Best favorite song“Bruise”Won^ The oldest available chart data is from August 1998.^ The July 2003 chart is not archived online.^ The Gaon Music Chart was established in 2010.References[edit]^ “Kim Hyun-Jung”.
