Inspiration for Tradeshift came after they created the world’s first large scale peer-to-peer infrastructure for an e-business called NemHandel. The founders also had leading roles (Governing board member, Technical Director[4]) in the European Commission project PEPPOL inside the European Union.[5]In 2010, the Tradeshift platform launches in May in Copenhagen.
