His first featured film Unmasked won numerous awards at international film festivals. The film is about a young Muslim immigrant woman secretly joins an acting class.[5][6][7]His debut short film I Ran was selected in 2015 Cannes Short Film Corner.[8]Keshvari\u2032s film, Child Bride was premiered at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival.[9][10]  Keshvari directed the film Corona during the COVID-19 pandemic. The film received international attention for reportedly being the first feature film about the COVID-19 pandemic.[11][12][13][14] Keshvari directed Eternal Igloo, an animated short film, released in 2021.
