He also had a loan stint with SD Ponferradina, and joined the Segunda Divisi\u00f3n B side permanently in 2008.[1]In the summer of 2009, Aitor signed for RCD Espanyol, but again only featured with the B team also in the third division.[2] After a sole season he moved to another club in that tier, Pontevedra CF.[3]Aitor signed for CD Lugo \u2013 yet in division three \u2013 in July 2011,[4] being first choice as the campaign ended in promotion. On 19 July 2012, he penned a two-year contract with CD Guadalajara.[5]Aitor made his Segunda Divisi\u00f3n debut on 19 August 2012, playing the full 90 minutes in a 1\u20131 away draw against AD Alcorc\u00f3n.[6] On 22 September he scored his first goal as a professional, but in a 3\u20134 home loss to Real Madrid Castilla.[7]After suffering relegation, Aitor represented H\u00e9rcules CF and CD Mirand\u00e9s, both in the second tier.
