The parish contains 30 listed buildings that are recorded in the National Heritage List for England. All the listed buildings are designated at Grade II, the lowest of the three grades, which is applied to “buildings of national importance and special interest”.[1] The parish contains the village of Bucknell and the surrounding countryside. Most of the listed buildings are in the village, and a high number of them are basically timber framed and date from the 14th to 17th centuries; these include houses, cottages, farmhouses and farm buildings. The other listed buildings are a church, an ice house, a railway station and a telephone kiosk.Table of Contents (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});after-content-x4Buildings[edit]References[edit]Citations[edit]Sources[edit]Buildings[edit]References[edit]Citations[edit]Sources[edit]Historic England, “Church of St Mary, Bucknell (1366998)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 24 March 2018Historic England, “Lower House, Bucknell (1175075)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “The Willows, Bucknell (1054995)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “New House, Bucknell (1175308)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 24 March 2018Historic England, “Upper House, Bucknell (1054992)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “The Bytack and attached barn, Bucknell (1175449)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 24 March 2018Historic England, “Bucknell Cottage, Bucknell (1308347)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 24 March 2018Historic England, “Old School House and attached outbuilding, Bucknell (1366995)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 24 March 2018Historic England, “The Old Farmhouse, Bucknell (1366994)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 24 March 2018Historic England, “Weir Cottage, Bucknell (1366973)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 24 March 2018Historic England, “Yew Tree Cottage, Bucknell (1054989)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “Church Cottage, Bucknell (1366996)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “Lower Lye Farmhouse, Bucknell (1366997)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 24 March 2018Historic England, “Barn immediately to east of Old School House, Bucknell (1054987)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “The Desert, Bucknell (1054994)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “Weir House, Bucknell (1054996)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “Barn approximately 15 metres south-west of Fold Cottage, Bucknell (1175295)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 24 March 2018Historic England, “Woodside Farmhouse, Bucknell (1054990)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “Barn immediately to south-west of Lower House, Bucknell (1055024)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “Barn, cart entrance and loose box approximately 40 metres west of The Old Farmhouse, Bucknell (1054985)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “Barn approximately 20 metres south of The Willows, Bucknell (1175435)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 24 March 2018Historic England, “Barn approximately 20 metres north of Woodside Farmhouse, Bucknell (1175250)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “Matthews memorial approximately 20 metres south-east of chancel of Church of St Mary, Bucknell (1175288)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “Turkey Hall, Bucknell (1054993)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “Bucknell House, Bucknell (1055023)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “Fold Cottage, Bucknell (1054991)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “The Hall, Bucknell (1054988)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “Ice house immediately to south-east of The Old Farmhouse, Bucknell (1054986)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 23 March 2018Historic England, “Bucknell Railway Station (1175326)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 24 March 2018Historic England, “K6 Telephone Kiosk, Bucknell (1272297)”, National Heritage List for England, retrieved 24 March 2018Historic England, Listed Buildings, retrieved 23 March 2018Newman, John; Pevsner, Nikolaus (2006), Shropshire, The Buildings of England, New Haven and London: Yale University Press, ISBN 0-300-12083-4 (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});after-content-x4"},{"@context":"http://schema.org/","@type":"BreadcrumbList
@type":"ListItem
@id":"https://wiki.edu.vn/en/wiki40/#breadcrumbitem
Enzyklopädie"}},{"@type":"ListItem
@id":"https://wiki.edu.vn/en/wiki40/listed-buildings-in-bucknell-shropshire/#breadcrumbitem
Listed buildings in Bucknell, Shropshire"}}]}]
