Major League Baseball season
The 1916 Pittsburgh Pirates season was the 35th season of the Pittsburgh Pirates franchise; the 30th in the National League. In April 1916, newspapers reported that Otto Knabe would join the team at second base at the end of the month.[2]
The Pirates finished sixth in the league standings with a record of 65–89.
